Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Luma SA Wellness! We are committed to getting your order to you as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle and dispatch your purchases.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
Please note that during high-volume periods, such as sales or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates
We use reliable courier partners to deliver our products nationwide across South Africa. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Local Delivery (Durban & surrounding areas): 1-2 business days.
- Main Centres (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria): 2-4 business days.
- Regional & Outlying Areas: 3-6 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or courier-related issues. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification email that includes a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this number to track your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier’s system.
4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes
Please note that our courier partners are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address is required for all deliveries.
5. Damaged Orders
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us at support@lumasawellness.co.za with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged product and the packaging.
- A brief description of the damage.
We will assess the situation and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
